They are one of the reasons I hate it more now. I used to coach HS softball and said you can cheer on your teammates but lose the cheers. One of my girls who was a cheerleader said but I'm a cheerleader. I said not here. We wear pants, not skirts. My granddaughter plays travel softball and I hate standing near home plate.

Odd take here. I don’t want any player who’s seriously considering KY or Vanderbilt. Something’s seriously wrong with a kid wanting to play for either of those programs. Both are so cringey that I’d be embarrassed for a friend or relative that played there. I’m dead serious...

I average over 25 games a year and I’ve never heard anyone like the Vandy whistler. You get an occasional drunk that thinks he’s funnier than he is, but nothing like that stupid incessant whistling. I can’t imagine the Vandy Boys like it.

The whistler and the plate stomping are disgusting. New name: The Peabody Plate Stompers.

That’s one of the big reasons I just can’t get into softball despite their success. It is so annoying to watch all the over celebrating.

I'm gonna keep it with y'all, I did not foresee Georgia taking this tournament seriously and making the final. Johnson's M.O. is usually to go one and done in order to prep for the regional/Super regional.
