The NFL is woke and pathetic

I would love to know the real reason why Eric Bienemy doesn’t have a HC job. I’ve read rumors and theories but with the way HCs continually get recycled and offered numerous chances, none of it adds up to me.

I can make sense of Bienemy. He's Andy Reid's guy. How do you know if an offensive coach is good if he's Andy Reid's guy? Even if he's a good coordinator, that doesn't necessarily make you an HC. There is a good chance he doesn't have what it takes to be an HC, or maybe he's just really unimpressive in the interview process.

To me, Flores is the one that makes no sense. He is a proven winner as an HC with bad QB play and not exactly a stud roster, and it appears he knows personnel too because one of the biggest divisions between him and the front office was he wanted Herbert, not Tua. The Dolphins hired him to be Belichick and he did a damn good impression and then they fired him for being Belichick and now nobody wants the closest thing to Belichick?

You may be right that it's messed up to force anyone to do this, but you also can't deny that the hiring practices of the league up until now have also been messed up.

Everything you said is accurate and I agree with it, but given the amount of recycling that goes on, it still is surprising not a single team has given him a shot (unless he's turned down an HC job we don't know about). There are legitimate concerns about Bieniemy, but it hasn't prevented many other coaches in similar situations from getting HC jobs.

I wouldn't even call them "concerns" because IDK what the deal is. It's just an unknown. He might be HC worthy, but I don't have access to convincing evidence that he is or isn't.
