Obviously we would all like Tennessee to hire a coach with a long history of winning as a head coach in a top conference with top flight kids and good academics. But recognizing such coaches are few and far between, which of these options would be most palatable to you?

Schiano

Sexton told Currie who his options were when Currie was in the Bahamas.

Looking at timing of stories appears Sexton locked in Schiano for Tennessee then.

Hope not.

Understand, starting the search he wasn't in my top 5. Then the reality of the job Tennessee has vs the jobs and that are opening Tennessee could do much worse.

I wish it was Miles, but if no Miles I'll take a proven Schiano instead of a 4th hope this guy can coach hire.

Too much baggage with his ties to Penn State sex scandals. Even though he was cleared by Ohio State to coach there. Sorry, if is our pick we are in trouble for another 3-4 years. Leach, Miles or Frost would be so much better. Currier wake up!
