Even if Gruden doesnt come, the most important thing we can look for in a new coach is someone who demands the players respect. I feel like Dooley has never had their respect and each year as we get worse and worse he loses even more of their respect.

When players were recruited with Fulmer here they respected him because he was a winner.

so even if Gruden isnt the guy, whoever it has to demand the respect of the locker room from day one. I feel like this is the biggest factor in our next coaches success.

I have switched my vote to Charlie Strong...quietly 9-0. If they don't pay attention, he kicks them off. I think he can get their respect. Dools is just too dorky...bless his little heart!
