The patch on the left shoulder appears to be the patch of Army ROTC, and the camo pattern also appears to be Army. But, I'm on my phone and can't blow up the picture enough to say for sure.

Patch of U.S. Army Cadet Command (R.O.T.C.). Wore it for several years myself while at UT, with the great joy of competing against, and beating, those Vanderbilt bastards.
