I believe, however, that our guys are going to come out on fire. Does anyone remember the year Dinardo was fired before the Arkansas game. Arkansas was picked to win that game and we slaughtered them at home (That was my very first LSU game in Tiger Stadium). I was living in Arkansas at the time. When I got home, the newspaper headline read "Roadiculous." Hey, it could happen

I really like Les Miles, but to do this before the SECCG, sucks. To HURT this team before a bowl game sucks. He talks one game, then does another. I can't blame him for wanting or taking the Michigan job because that is where he is from, but the way he did it was wrong. I just lost a lot orespect for the man. He should pack up now, and let Crowton coach the team

To all you fair weather SOB's who wanted him gone, well you got it. You have no idea what you have been priveleged to have experience as a tiger fan over the past 3 yrs with this guy..see Hallman, DiNardo, etc.
Be careful what you wish for. THere will come a day where you guys will be wishing we had 2 losses in triple OT and still playing in Atlanta.

This is LSU. Support whoever the hell the coach is. I need to stop, before I cuss

I understand everyone who thinks Miles is a good guy, because I also think this. His visit to troops overseas confirmed that he is 100% All-American through and through.

That being said, it just broke that he was leaving LSU while we are theoretically still in the BCS championship hunt, and definitely in the SECCG. All of these do-gooder threads talking about how LSU owes Miles some super-send off are way off base. Miles owes LSU for allowing him to get his dream job. He just dumped us when we were pertied up for the big dance.

While Les is a good person, I do not want him on the sidelines any longer. He is, in fact, going to be coaching a nationally prominent team that will be trying to steal recruits from this area for years to come. Get Miles the hell out of this area as soon as possible. Cut our losses. And let's move on - and quickly.

Remember the Bo rule - if you aren't a Michigan Man, you aren't coaching a Michigan team. Since Les is clearly a Michigan man, I say that we impose the Michigan rule - Get the hell off of my sidelines.

I love it.

I broke the news to some LSU fans out and about this morning...you'd think I just left a funeral.

Many are still dreaming the Prodigal Son returns. So many are dreaming Saban comes back. The rumors are all over the place. Mrs. Saban is shopping real estate, etc. It's crazy.

Trust me, that would be the worse possible move. He destroyed BYU's program. He made an explosive Oregon offense look like a High School Team last year, and he wasn't so great for the Bears either.

IMO Crowton is the worst coach to come out of Provo.

It is really funny , Iam reading over there and they are over here ! I saw one fan saying "Volnation says they have more fans then us" We all sound like little kids LOL ! Pretty funny and Iam knocking on myself too cause I have been doing it . I think Iam going to grow up now and just stay here.:pepper:

Still will have no bearing on the game if they are in it late.

And to add, isn't their defensive coordinator on his way to Nebraska?

No surprise--they choked away the national title against a mediocre Ark team, their coach is leaving for a bigger job, their D coordinator is leaving, and they will likely get beat easily by UT today. I'd be depressed also.
