I only put about 300 hours into the first one. It's one of the few modern games that I did literally everything you can in the game. I did every quest, side quest, DLC, Master Sword quest, collectibles (even all those Korok seeds that got you a giant golden piece of crap), explored every inch of the map, etc.

I can’t wait. BOTW is my go to game for de-stressing. If I am feeling down or just not mentally there to put in the thought needed to play I sometimes roam around and tinker in botw for the heck of it. I have completed everything, but the music and some of the towns have a charm to them that even as an adult I enjoy.

I haven't in a while but I used to fire up the game and just horseride from town to town and interact with people.

I can't wait. I picked up BOTW again a few weeks ago and just did some random side quests I never got around to finishing, then trying to level up more armor.

Just under 4 weeks! I’m taking the day off as this only happens once every several years.

I'm ready for this one. I'm getting my No Man's Sky game on xbox to a stopping point and trying to finish a couple of smaller games right now. I don't want to start anything long so I can pick this up right at launch. I almost never do that. But this looks amazing.

While it is cool to have a physical copy, I haven’t bought a physical copy in so many years. Digital means I can take the switch wherever I go and know I’m not going to have to keep up with any cartridges. I can never go back now lol

Yeah I went all digital last generation and I've loved it! Don't regret it one bit.

Ok, I’ll say it. I’m only a couple hours in but I’m already blown away. For a game that looks similar to the prior one and has the same basic gameplay I thought there was no way they could surprise me with innovation. I was wrong.

If I didn't have so much in my gaming backlog with my PS5 and PC, I'd make a small investment and buy a switch. Maybe dust off my gamefly account from a while back and borrow the fiancee's little boys Switch to play this. He hasn't touched it in ages. I don't know yet. I would only play this one game on the switch and be done.

Not saying this is right or wrong, but there's the option of emulation on your pc. I think there's a copy that runs fairly well out there.

This game is phenomenal! If you own a Switch, you should absolutely play this!

Incidentally, I ordered this set of controllers for my Switch and they are awesome! They do add a little bit of bulk over the standard Joycons, but holy hell are they way more comfortable and I love the old school Gamecube design! If any of you are in the market for new Switch controllers, I highly recommend this one!

Really wish Nintendo would move away from the handheld and actually produce a console that wasnt built on tech from 10 years ago.
