I hate the non-con when it’s a mid major program. Typically, we beat the team by 40+ and it’s never in question. That’s boring to me.
I would do this schedule every season, and add maybe 2 noncon ranked opponents. Add in an extra bye, start in mid sept, end two weeks before Christmas with bowls to be played in their same timeframe. Force teams to win against good opponents to be relative. I think I’m also in the minority, but this season is probably my favorite setup so far, that is, if we had 100% capacity
