How's the smoking thing going, if you don't mind me asking.
I ask cause I thought about it earlier. I was at the Dr Monday and we were talking about exercises and diet. I told him I was jogging some and doing leg lunges. He asked me to show him a leg lunge. Lol.
"Lol", that's what he did when I showed him one.
Long story short, he showed me how to correctly do them. I came home and did 3 sets of 10 and almost split my head open on the kitchen counter.
Anyway, I just wondered how you were doing and if you were exercising or anything.

Leg lunges would kill me. Haha
I walk around 3 to 5 miles a day, however, I'm not stretchy in any way.
@MyBloodRunnethOrange new exercise for you to doDo 3 sets of 10 resting 5 minutes between sets exactly like she does them. Let me know how you did.
I'm telling you, its wearing me out. I'm committed though, and I'm going to start doing g 3 sets of 15 next week.not good - not good at all --- not as easy as it looks --- I wonder if 95 could even do 1
