Found this 1967 movie clip with the Yardbirds - both Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page on stage.

1965 clip from the Night Train TV show. The guitarist in the background? None other than Jimi Hendrix.

Before Johnny Carson, before Jack Parr, Steve Allen hosted lat night TV.
Before the Mothers of Invention, Frank Zappa appeared on Steve Allen's show in 1963.

You're always grabbin', stabbin'
Trying to get it back in
But girl you must be getting slow

Joe, have you started planning your trip to San Antonio, yet?

Yep, we're probably renting a car. We've been talking about where to stop and stay on the way. My wife said there's no way she can handle driving straight through. Leaning towards Gulfport Mississippi right now. It's pretty much halfway for us.

AF BMTS graduation is a two day event. Be sure to plan both days as families are involved in the first days events.

Maybe just the mood I was in, but I watched a movie last night called Chasing Mavericks. I really enjoyed it.

Hey Behr, EAD, brah!

I just had a flashback of going through the MET station prior to leaving for BMTS (Basic Military Training School). About 10/15 guys in a room, lined up shoulder to shoulder, with nothing on but our tighty whiteys.

The first command was to drop'em! Then a medical person told me to turn my head left, he put his hand on me business and told me to cough. Cough again. Turn your head right and cough. Cough again.

Then, when all of us had finished with that, the next order was about face! The lights went out. Drop'em! Bend over at the waist and spread your cheeks! This while a guy with a flashlight did a visual inspection.

I wasn't even 18 yet. I can laugh now. :)

We had some little Asian guy, and he started asking everyone if they were homosexual, or ever fantasized about it.

Haha

I do not ever remember being asked that question. Even when I went through an hours long TS/BI interview.
