The key to a very good Coach is

how good of a staff he can put together. I think this is sometimes overlooked by the people making decisions. That's what we need a coach that isn't afraid to hire the best position coaches and let them coach. You can demand success from them but hire the ones you are confident enough in to let him run his show. You can have input without interfering to much, the good coaches do that. GBO!!!!
