I don't understand why Barnes isn't going after one of these already proven all conference type players to fill at least the spot left open by the Admiral n then there are plenty of good looking PG's out there that could take Bone's place as well. Sometimes you need to cut a few men loose on your team or recruits to get to where you really wanna go come BIG Dance time! Just don't understand the thought process up there by that coaching staff right now......

I read an article he was just waiting on an offer. Apparently they made contact but that's all I know.

I believe you are right. If Grant leaves, Blackshear would be a perfect fit for us.

Well, everyone here takes everything Barnes says as gospel and in a press conference he said the roster was set and he wasn't looking at grad transfers.

Besides Rayjon Tucker, I don't think the Vols have been reported as even contacting any grad transfers this offseason so far. And he's not an option any longer.

Well then that tells me all I need to know about Barnes. Blackshear is a difference maker in the middle that we haven't had in decades!!! Id MAKE room.
