The irony ...

100% correct......Harvin is the most dynamic player on the UF roster hands down, he may very well be the best offensive player in CF right now period.

I agree with that I cant believe he isn't being mentioned with the Heisman. You take him off of UF and Tebow isn't as effective. I think he single handidly beats half the teams they play.

Thus the irony is that if UGA loses to Auburn this weekend and you lose to Arky, I will be a huge UT fan when you play Vandy and Kentucky.

Let me get this straight.

You would pull for a team coached by a fraud who has no character just to have a positive outcome for your team?

Who's lacking character here...:whistling::crazy:

I don't think I've ever seen a guy do less (no pun intended) with more than this guy... think about what he managed to do last year while bascially fielding an NFL roster...

That's very true. Without all that talent, Les Miles is basically Phil Fulmer.

Yes. And as we crushed you by 39, it stands to reason that they would murderize you.

What UGA did to us in winning by 12 (compared to the 39 we planted on you) will look like the closest of contests after LSU smokes you by a similar margin as they try to impress their way into the national title game.

Someone lost by 12 to UGA:eek:lol:

you know, it just can't be said enough that UF is looking up at UT in the standings because UGA, a team that we killed, beat them.

I think Law's reaction and his recent posts are evidence of just how deep that reality cuts a UF fan...

Here is a guy (lawgator) that we have all come to know for his wit and class....and he has been reduced to cheap shots in most of his posts that I have read recently...

Apparently, UT being ahead of UF at this point is a bitter pill for them to swallow

LG, if you are right then we might as well not suit up on Saturday or the rest of the season for that matter. I will tell Phil and Hamilton to cancel the rest of the games because there is no reason to play…

Seriously, I usually enjoy your perspective but your post over the past few days have been very bitter. What’s up LG? I am worried about you.

Gator fans get bitter when they're not at the top.

If LSU needs to win that c-ship game impressively to get into the title game, do you really think UT would stand much of a chance? Seriously.

2001 LSU vs Tenn...nobody gave LSU a chance, everyone thought Tenn would end up in the national title game. 3 loss LSU team vs 1 loss Tenn team...sound familiar?

They would have to add a space for an extra digit on LSU's part of the scoreboard if you end up playing a one loss LSU in the SECCG. It would literally be a televised rape.

One thing about lawyers....

You can dress 'em up and teach 'em how to smooth talk, but sooner or later.....

....that natural stink they have always seeps through that shiny suit, and past that smooth vocabulary.

You're a troll, LG. You always have been; you always will be. You only show up to rub salt or talk sh*t. Two very lawyerly traits.

You'll always be "GatorTroll1" to me.

go vols.

LG is not a troll. He is a unprofessed VOL fan trying hard to suppress his feelings by overcompensating in the other direction.

Come out of the closet LG. We will still accept you. :)

though this is certainly a big IF, but IF we can make it to the SECCG and play LSU, wouldn't it be nice to get some revenge from that 2001 SECCG fiasco where they took us out of contention for the title game when we were #2 in the nation. Just thought that'd be cool

Now, come on. I've said repeatedly over the last ten days that it seems likely to me that UT is going to win the East. I don't like it, but its true. At the same time, I'm not as devastated as you might like to think because I'm more concerned about UF improving with this young squad than which of the middling SECE teams goes to Atlanta. Heck, even if UF goes, you aren't going to see me going on and on about it.

The fact that I add on top of that prediction that I think that LSU would beat you easily does not make me a troll any more than you all saying that you think Florida will lose to South Carolina this weekend makes you guys "trolls."

I think these statements are more a reaction to my Fulmer is a fraud thread. In that, I was expressing my opinion that Fulmer had taken inconsistent positions about Coker over a very short period of time and that when it came time to dismiss him, as he was compelled to do, Fulmer tried to make it seem like he was choosing to do the righteous thing and that bothered me because I did not think that was accurate.

There have been many Vols fans over the last several months, if not last couple of years, who have spotted similar tendencies in Fulmer and have complained about it. I've just given you one more example, that's all.

Coker is not the first nor will he be the last football player that Fulmer will take an "inconsistent" position on LG.

In one sentence, you make my point exactly.

And Fulmer is not the first or the last coach to do this.

Do you honestly think a walk-on or a non-starter would have even dressed for LSU if they had done what Joiner had done? No.
