It hasn't gassed the defense, is a leftover time from the Big 12 and doesn't work. Ohio State doesn't use it nor Alabama nor Georgia nor did Saban. The only thing it is fit for is to keep the X-Box generation interested in the game. With their Attention Deficit Disorder they think they are watching a video game. Light shows fascinate them as well.
Florida had ran the complete opposite of a hurry-up offense under Napier. Slowest offense I have ever seen, borderline delay of game EVERY snap. He wouldn’t even hurry-up when it was late 4th quarter with a deficit. So when you’ve dealt with that for 4 years, you greatly admire what Huepel does with UT’s offense. I think it gives UT a huge advantage and Huepel has a sensible plan.
