The first half

As many negative plays and mistakes as we made early, and the way our offense controlled the ball on the scoring drive, I like we are right now all things considered.

I thought JG threw the ball well when he had time. Drops were a big issue in practice, supposedly, but our guys seemed to have corrected that, which is great to see.

Ballsy call by Pruitt on fourth down. They had their play ready, and it worked.

We have some stones. That was shown with the 4th down call for he touchdown. Our OLine has been the issue. Our D needs to cover the middle of field a little better as most of their yards have come off of wheels or crosses.

Yep. We need to establish the run game. But the o line looks as bad or worse than last year. Passing game is on fire. Need defense to get with it

It’s going to be a long, long season if the OL don’t wake up. Kennedy was terrible. The rest not much better. JG looked improved, knew where to throw the ball.

Defense held up pretty well after giving up the early scores. I like the adjustments on offense too. After looking as bad as ever on the first couple of drives, the OL seems to have gotten it together

Seems like there was a lot of jitters first half. Didn't see many blitzes or stunts on D and our olive just looks not soft but confused I guess is the word. I think they need to go no huddle and let the other line style in some

This. Defense had 3 true freshman and the guys need to shake the rust off that hasn't played since 16 pretty much. They look slow and confused. Hoping they wake up. Need a turn over

Butch would have taken the 3. Never, ever would have done the ole throw to the tight end in the end zone. Seems to work every time for teams that play us. Nice that we did it! Love that we sucked so bad, but adjusted really well. WVU let us off the hook, hopefully with the halftime meetings, we will win the battle of adjustments and pull this one out!
