John Marston wouldn't even be on this if his game came out 2 years ago. It being one of the best games of the year made him here. There is no way Mario, Link, Master Chief, and John Marston go in the same sentence together as best characters of all time. Subtract John Marston and it makes sense. If he ends up winning this poll will have been crap.

The only way to take it. Out of all of them, i'd have to say Mario since he basically started the love of characters. Ezio Auditore would wipe them all out though. Just sayin...
