Maybe we should ask Hamilton to reduce Fulmer's win requirement.
Here is my suggestion:
ANY conference win = $100K bonus + 1 yr extensions (2 conf wins = $200K bonus + 2 yrs extension, etc)
If we are .500, automatic 3 year extension with $500K bonus
If we win ANY games at all (conf or non), $300K bonus + 1 year extension
