The Fairness Doctrine

socialists like Obama love the fairness doctrine. Too bad he doesn't have the stones to practice what he preaches. He's called Hannity out on a couple of occasions and Hannity has offered him time on his radio show and both TV shows. Obama has yet to accept the offer.

That's probably because Obama doesn't like being asked tough questions:

That is rather embarrassing. I don't like Hannity, but the TV show he does on Fox is rather mainstream and has a co-host with opposing views. That Obama will not go says much about him.

If I were Obama and going to get a free pass from the media, I wouldn't dare venture on anything where I might get a difficult question.

I understand that. I am just a believer in open dialogue and letting the best ideas and answers rise to the top. I know this concept avoids the political arena like the plague, was just hoping. I know he is for change and all.

He doesn't really take questions much at all.

Not surprising he want's nothing to do with the townhall meeting format.

Until the media changes its coverage of him or the polling starts to suggest that lack of substance is hurting him, Obama should sit back and let the media do his bidding.

Without question. He is already suffering from overexposure.

If he pushes the fairness doctrine enough he will mobilize a republican base that hasn't bought into the McCain campaign.

In all fairness I did see some Obama coverage the other day where some AA's were protesting at one of his concerts. So it was refreshing to see something besides the status quo, Obama is the savior quotes.
