Is it really is Alabama and then everyone else............in the field and in recruiting.

Their class is sick and they aren't going away anytime soon.

It's truly amazing how they just recycle in the same studs every year, regardless of depth chart.

We're all playing catch-up.

Something will have to give sooner or later. Whether it be scholarship attrition, a scandal, Saban leaving....something. You can't be this good for this long without something being amiss. I just don't buy it.

Kids want to win, get ready for the NFL via SEC and leave early for the NFL. Right now....Bama is #1 (or at least near) the top in all categories. They're tough to beat on the field and in the living room apparently.

Definately NOT a Bama fan. Of a family of 8, one is a Florida State fan, I am a U.T. fan and the other 6 are Bama fans.

I hear about Bama at every Thanksgiving, Independence Day and Christmas get together.

However; if Bama beat Urban Crier and T.O.S.U. for the national championship this season, I would definately NOT complain..... Go S.E.C.

I feel for the guy that will eventually replace Saban. Expectations will be unreal. The first 2 loss season and people will be calling for his job.

No kidding, somethings gotta give sooner or later. This chi t just isnt fair anymore. Call me a crybaby, I dont care. Im so sick of FL and Bama getting their way with EVERYTHING. Good fortune follows those two programs. We are so far behind bc of that jack a zz Doofus Dooloser. How on earth can we catch up in the SEC...we are freakin behind little Vandy and Ole Miss now. Hell, MSU is even seeing better times and results!

It will continue until Saban retires or should I say, once it starts to get where Bama is not competing for National Titles each season, then Saban will retire. However; that will be almost 10 seasons from now, though.

They don't get all of the 4* and 5* recruits. They get the ones that they really want to get and then Auburn, Florida, LSU & Georgia get the other 4* and 5* recruits that Bama didn't really want.

Rivals has Bama with 16 four- or five-star signings today. They've got Florida with.....16 too. Your class isn't significantly different than theirs. So no Gator poor-mouthing.

(We have only five.)

Florida & Alabama do have misfortunes, at times.

Florida: Was embarrassed by Nebraska in 1995 Championship game.
Hired Ron Zook.

Alabama: Probation.
No coach wanted to take the job, once they were on probation.
Couldn't even get rich Rodriquez to take the job.
Mike Price was fired before he coached his first game. Mike Dubose was a joke.
Mike Shula could recruit but could not coach.
Dennis Franchonia left Bama for A & M.
Bama lost Sugar Bowl to Utah.
A Saban coached Bama team lost to Louisana Monroe. Bama lost to Kentucky when Shaun was the running back.

Johnny Majors took baby step by baby step to eventually get to a good program. It took years to do it. We may be in that situation again!!!!

Until we can catch up a little, we should see if we can drop Alabama and Florida. There's no use getting our butts kicked every year. We are in a deep hole and it will take 4 or 5 years to recover. I know some of you whistle by the graveyard, but you need to be realistic. We need to play smaller teams, more with 2 and 3 star players. A few wins and we can get better players. I see where we are play Chattanooga in 2014----that more like it. Whether we like it or not that is where we are. We can't even get a 5 star player right under our nose ----Von Bell---he like Urban Myers better. I said in 2005 Fulmer should have been fired ------no, we just lingered on in agony. We get a 5-10 180# RB and Alabama get a 6-3 240# RB----guess what----who has the advantage? We should have paid more a few years ago to get a better coach. See what cheap gets you.

To land big time recruits, you need a big time coach. If CBJ is gonna land top recruits he's gonna have to grow into a big time coach. Question is, will he and how long will it take?

I think with one more recruiting class like today's, UF will be physical enough to play with Bama. Then luck or skill could swing the game our way.

You guys now have a coach who can bring you back.
