19 are considering UT and it was published in Nov of 2008 so thats before Kiffin and Co.... Justin Maclin's a guy that Monte should make a top priority. He's going to be one of the top LBs in 2010 if not the top.... I expect an early commit for us from Phillip Simms in VA. May be an old list but other than the rivals250 its one of the only other published list for 2010. Should be a huge class for Tennessee. I'm excited already.
