The moontears will flow for one and one alone when The Duskbloods, a brand-new multiplayer game by FromSoftware, is coming exclusively to Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026!

This software for Nintendo Switch 2 is a PvPvE - based multiplayer action game in which up to eight players can fight each other and fight against enemies. Players become "Twilight Blood Clan" who have gained powers beyond those of humans through the power of their special blood, and throw themselves into a fierce battle for "First Blood".

An interview with the director about the concept and worldview of this work, "Creator's Voice," will be released on Friday, April 4th at 10pm.

Please look forward to this title , which will be released in 2026.

This looks like a dumping ground of assets from other FromSoft games. Not sure why they insist on making it multiplayer-only. I would imagine the vast majority of people who buy and play Souls games barely interact with the multiplayer elements unless forced to (invasions, certain quests requiring online play, etc.).

To be fair, every from soft game is a dumping ground for other from soft assets

Them and RGG (Ryu Ga Gotoku) are the best at it.

I don’t think it’s multiplayer only. That’s just the main emphasis, I believe. Maybe I’m wrong.
