Do you have any recommendations for a vin soave? Locally I’ve found one from Inama and another from Coffele/ Castel Cerino. They both retail locally (including NC sin taxes) for $16.99 per bottle. I wouldn’t mind coming in a bit under that.

ETA: if it matters, I do like the minerality of the classico, if that affects the year, etc.

Less than that, no. I am a big fan of Inama’s wines. Their Vin Soave is a great value.

Try some Rhone whites. They can be mineraly and less expensive.

I don't know about vin soave, but I can hook you up with some Rico Suave.
