Putting the ball in Bray's hands over and over with the game on the line and expecting a different result.

Bray played a solid game.

It was just that ONE play where Clowney got to him.

In 4 out of 5 losses Bray has turned the ball over with the game on the line at the end.

FWIW, Dooley is still responsible. I actually like his public persona and think it is a good one for UT.... but if I were AD... he would not be UT's HC on Monday.

Can't blame this loss on Bray. However, he does have a knack for having something go wrong when the game is on the line.

Don't really understand what your point is. Should we have put in Worley for that last drive instead?

Bray played well today. He was one of the main reasons we were in this game in the first place. The fumble sucked, but the loss isn't solely on him.

Even that wasn't his fault. The pick, he was just trying to make a play and he came up short.

Bray hasn't look good in our other SEC games this year, but he played probably his best game this year and that includes NCST.

If my job were on the line like Dooley's is/was then there's no way Bray starts this game. Choked vs UF... Choked at least three times vs UGA.... Choked vs MSU.

You can excuse him if you like but he has failed to EVER make the big play with a big game on the line going all the way back to UNC when he threw a pick at the end to seal it.

Bray is putting up 34.5 points a game. do you really think he's the problem?

Bray should play defense if he is gonna be blamed for losing when he puts up 35 and loses and 44 to georgia and loses and 31 to miss state and loses. Decent defense and the game is not on the line. we are way ahead...................................................:eek:k:

It sucks that Bray fumbled at the end, but this loss (like all of our losses) is on our defense. It's hard to win when you give up 38 points.

Right.

Bray should have blocked Clowney, moved over to center, taken the snap, blocked Clowney again, dropped back to pass, then caught the pass for Hunter.

The kid was thrown under the bus by his coach this week and responded well. He made some mistakes but did more than enough to win this game for them.

I agree, I would fire him as well.

As far as Bray goes, he is very immature and def. needs to come back for another year, but the fumble at the end was just one of those things you cannot put on him.

How about we get a good enough defense that we don't have to worry about coming back every single game.

I blame the coaching more than I do Bray in regards to his underachieving.

I think he could flourish under a good coaching staff. If Bray with as much talent as he has can't do well against solid SEC competition, I don't know what leads you to believe that Worley can do that much better with the "guidance" of this staff.

So in a game, when your "job is on the line", you would put in a noodle-armed, sophomore QB, with severely limited experienced playing time, against a top15 team?

If you honestly believe that Bray was the reason for UT falling short today, you either did not watch the game or are simply not very smart (like IQ less than 90).
