??? Are we supposed to give our opinion of him? I like him. Good book he wrote: "On Rocky Top: A Front-Row Seat to the End of an Era" Sad story, but well preserved memories, written by a true Vol fan.

Wasn't he the guy that harped on the Daniel Hood thing. Really went over board uncalled for stuff. Real one sided info in a recent article. If that's the same guy, I don't like him after he did that.

I recon him going overboard on topics is the lawyer with in him kicking in. Hell I don't I know I like the guy. The only thing I hate about him is his man crush on Teblow, makes my stomach turn.

Sometimes he is funny, sometimes not. I'm more impressed that he's been able to turn a question about Tebow being a virgin into a career. Don't think he'll ever be a Lewis Grizzard.

He really slanted the story real bad. First (Hood) he was under age,and there is a whole lot more to it. The girl in the article he talks about (the victim) actually came out against him (Travis) and tried to contact Travis. Not sure she accomplished it though.

I'm sure it was a very bad thing, But Travis left a lot out and he knew better. He held it out to make it look as negative as he could for his article.

I hear him on the 3 hour lunch show most days. But I can't get past the Hood thing. Maybe I should just get over it.

I sure can't listen to Bill King.

I heard about the story a while back when they were debating about letting him on the team but I didn't know clay ripped it like that

I like Dixieland Delight and On Rocky Top, but on some of his Fan House articles he can go overboard and is very biased.

The story came out with the Bar Knoxville thing. Hood had been on the team a while at this point. He had a lot of people go to bat for him. Including the girl. It seems he has really changed his life around. Travis knew more than he let on. He just wanted the bad.

I have both books, I enjoyed both of them. I bought Dixieland delight back in 2007 at the Nashville airport before I made my trip to Tampa. I like on rocky top but it was sad. I bought that book directly from clay last year
