Yeah, NBA Jam is your ONLY option. Most sports games aren't backward compatible (which is what you would have to have to play on both consoles) unless they are discontinued on the new gens. They still cranking out 2K on the Xbox1 so you will probably never see anything other than NBA Jam being BC.

Don't bother with baseball on 360. Sure, you could find a game for a buck but that dollar's better spent on a mcchicken sandwich
