Has not one single time been profitable in its existence. Someone ought to tell the ladies that if they are paid what they are owed, they’ll be taking a pay cut.

I think there is a way more nuanced take regarding the WNBA where it’s down the middle. But they are negotiating a new CBA and finally actually have a position of strength for the first time in 30 years, so I don’t really have a problem with it.

The whole thing is beyond absurd. The only reason they have a modicum of what could be perceived as leverage is Caitlyn Clark. Who they all absolutely hate. The player’s entire case is a house of cards. It’s absolutely wild.
