The ten point difference in offense isn’t worth the trade off for baserunning/defense. And considering Soto isn’t a good defender already, is turning 21 and already weighs over 200 lbs I doubt he will get better.

Soto's development Is probably going to be perfectly timed for when the DH is implemented

He could probably be a decent first baseman. I mean he doesn’t kill you in left but Acuna in RF is a ++ defender and base runner.

Just got home last week after being in the UK for almost two months. Of the seven games I went to, they won or drew every one. Good times.

For sure. I’ve been extremely fortunate the last few years and gotten to do some traveling that a lot of people never do. It’s nice being in a line of work that affords me that long down time during the winter. Being single with no kids helps as well.
