The part that other fans don't get about these deals though is, AA in a way is taking a big risk. These deals look really good now, but if these guys flatline and end up sucking (highly unlikely) then AA is paying a lot of money for bums
But also people want to play and stay somewhere like Atlanta because it's a good place to live. Unlike **** holes like LA and NY.

Everyone is getting deals around him and he’s easily one of the top SS in the league….I think they let him walk and slide Grissom in if he can show he can keep hitting.

Chuck might be ready to retire too. He’s made good money the last five years.

$37M to Ozuna because his contract was back loaded.

Other than Ozuna maybe Iglesias, not a bad contract on the books. Braves have 7 positions (considering Vaughn is real and I love his game already) locked up for the next five years.
