The Atlanta Braves

This team needs the wins, empty the good bullets when you have the chance.
Lol winning by 1 run with a man on second and no outs is not “the chance”

“The chance” was a 4-0 lead on the defending Cy winner that an ace has to finish

If you want a real chance in extra innings you need to hang a crooked number. 1 is the minimum.

With all the arms n Gwinnett that have had their shot at starting, I can’t believe we are “saving” and “developing” guys that should be in ATL pen instead of Chavez, O’Day, etc. Touissant, Ynoa, Elder, Wilson, Woods can at least give Braves a better chance and less expensive 1 inning outing than our retreads. AA and Snit are obsessed with experienced veterans that are done.

One day we are going to realize how special last season was, what happened was damn near impossible. Wouldn’t bank on it happening again ha. But we will make our run, hopefully it’s not too late.
Oh, I'm not saying a run like that will happen again. Either this year or in any other year. But what was truly magical about that run wasn't necessarily the improved play in August and September but was the run those guys went on once the postseason started. That team was uninspiring and dead in the water, just like this year's team, for 4 months. I think this team can heat up in the summer and vie for another division title, certainly a wild card.

However, as @vols 30 said, the real kicker that makes this year different than last is the improvements of the Mets. They are still the Mets, but they certainly do play a lot better than last year and they don't even have deGrom. I am sure they will find some way to F it up, but that doesn't mean they won't win the NL East.

Burnes can give up runs but Max can’t?? Interesting, considering he left with the lead. There are plenty of things to hate on with the roster, but Max isn’t one of them

Like the SS continually saving his ass or the guy who is (by far) the best offensive player on the team? Seems the appropriate people to hate on in your opinion.

Your team hands you four runs, win the game.

I still thought we had a chance even when we struggled last year.

This year just feels different. Mets seem legit, and the biggest issue is not having FF to count on .
I feel like this team is on the same trajectory as the Nats after they won it all. Win it all, 2 years later be major sellers. This teams wasnt really good last year, they just got stupid hot at the right time, and AA made trades for 2 guys who performed well above what they had done in their careers that isnt happening again.
