100%. I do business with a company in Crossville which is right on the time zone line. If I spend the night, it never fails that I wake up at about 5:30am when the sun starts blasting through the curtain.More important than the time zone itself is where you live within the time zone. I love being as far west as you can go in the zone to get those long days. Winter days in places like Nashville and Birmingham are so short.
I spent some time in Yellowstone/Grand Tetons this past week. It isn't as far back as you can go in the Mountain Time Zone (in fact, it extends all the way back into eastern Oregon) but I was blown away by how long the days were. The sun rose at about 5:45, which meant you started seeing light at about 5. The sun set a little after 9, and you could still see daylight after 10. The sky was only black for about 7 hours a day. It was awesome.100%. I do business with a company in Crossville which is right on the time zone line. I was out there 2 years ago. I didn’t want to leave.I spent some time in Yellowstone/Grand Tetons this past week. I was surprised that I ended up liking Grand Teton way more than Yellowstone. Don't get me wrong - Yellowstone is gorgeous and massive, but it was like Disney World. Really crowded. Tetons is smaller, less crowded, and honestly had more of a wow factor. Plus is right north of Jackson, which is an awesome town. I'd return to both, but at Yellowstone next time I think I'd probably stay totally on that northern loop. I can enjoy the geysers and hot springs only for so long I guess, but the mountains and canyons never get old.I was out there 2 years ago. I didn’t want to leave.
I know you’ve been on him. What’s the scoop? Good contact and approach just developing or not much power?
