It’s just getting too cute for me, when calendars roll over and the playoffs start all statistics are out the window. It’s baseball, when the lights come on, I want the talent on the field.

Aside from being a significantly better player, Dansby is under control 3 more seasons. If you bench him for Adeiny, you might as well trade him for pennies on the dollar this offseason.

If anyone thinks the difference in a WS title is the (incorrectly) perceived gap from Adeiny to Dansby, they should have their head examined.
