Regardless, it was a full two yards behind BOTH receivers it might have been intended for. The second was just a WR wanting the ball more than his defender and making a phenomenal play.

I do like how the official who stands on the field to hold the game up during TV timeouts now has a clock that lets the whole stadium know how much longer the commercial break is going to last. I hadn’t been to a game in a while. Is that new for this season, or has it been around for a year or two?

It's new. They've always had the guy in the red shirt come out to signal a tv timeout but they added the clock
