Every year I try and start a thread to get suggestions and feedback from our members on how we can improve VolNation. In the process, it can be a learning experience for some. Many times, members request features that they aren't aware of, but already exist. In that case, it can be an opportunity for some to learn more about what features are available.

I typically get some good suggestions -- and some that make me sorry I asked :))). Regardless, I always appreciate the input.

We already have a lot of new ideas and features that we hope to implement in 2009-2010 as our affiliation with ESPN continues to progress, but I'm always interested in feedback from our user base. After all, it's each of you that make VolNation great.

So let's hear it! Post your comments/suggestions in this thread.

A total and permanent ban on links to Bob Gilbert articles would be a nice start.

I think an SEC forum would be cool. Tigerdroppings has a great SEC forum with representation from all 12 teams. Really good discussions.

How about once a week We have a "Ask a player" session....I mean if that's possibile

If at all possible, a bottom line of some sort, similar to ESPN, that had constant updates scrolling across of any sports info or vol information. Might not be possible, but could be a cool feature.

football schedules on main page.....all i saw was b-ball schedule from last year

I love the SEC forum. I have fun going on Cocky talk or other boards and getting rivals opinions. If it became anything like everything else on Volnation it would be the hotspot for all fans to come to discuss the happenings of SEC football!

Maybe put the "search thread link" in BOLD and highlight with a pointer for those who cant seem to find it
