A UT graduate bought a 500 acre spread on the Ala.-TN border but kept having trouble with wolves killing his cattle. So, he set traps to catch them...One morning he called the Ala. Wildlife Dept. and said, "I've caught an Alabama wolf in my trap and I want you to come and get him." The Wildlife person said, "How can you be sure that it is an Alabama wolf?" "Oh, that's easy - he's chewed three legs off and is still caught!"
