In my opinion, the way the players from 05 class will be largely responsible for the next 2-3 years of UT football, along with the 07 class. The 05 class is a big one for us. Some of em will be juniors this year and they'll need to step up and develop...FAST. Here's all of the 4 stars from that year

Here are the top guys and how they are doing.

Bolden- Talented, but not playing to potential.

Wes Brown- Haven't heard much about this guy.

Coker- Possibly the next UT stud tailback depending on how much weight he gains and if he can stay healthy.

Todd Cox- Haven't heard anything about him.

J Cromp- Poised to step in at the UT QB spot after Ainge graduates.

Montario Hardesty- Developing for sure, and will continue if he stays healthy.

Raymond Henderson- Gonzo

Andre Mathis- Developing quickly- great special teams guy

Rico McCoy- Will be one of the most important players in upcoming years. Defidently will be a stud.

Josh McNeil- Stepped in very well at center this season.

Demetrice Morley- Gonzo

Darius Myers- Haven't heard anything about him.

Adam Myers-White- I think he's 2nd or 3rd team.

Malcolm Rawls- Haven't heard anything.

Chris Scott- A good O-line prospect for the future.

Lucas Taylor- eeeh. Quick dropping your punts and maybe people will quit hateing you...

Slick Shelley- Good hands, but too slow. If he gets faster he will be good.

So a lot of guys on there have the chance to boom or bust depending on their development. Especially the Dlinemen Olinemen and the linebackers from that class need to step up.

Todd Cox never joined the UT football team. He went JUCO and disappeared. Slick Shelley won't get any quicker, but he'll be fine.

Coker needs to get his off field issues in check
Todd Cox - never made it to school
Darius Myers went Prep school then Redshirted in 06
Malcolm Rawls - no longer in school
Shelley - speed not a problem but health is

Cox was one of those athlete, speed playmakers. We have like what 4 of those in this class so he isn't much of a loss.

Wes Brown got more playing time as the year went on. Adam Myers-White was moved to LB and is still getting used to the position (there is a logjam of talent there). If Coker stays out of trouble he'll be special and Rico had a great game against UK.
