It was a good feeling watching stuff like this. I was actually thinking about this the other day

Apparently the first practice was not filled with enough used car salesman gimmicks and loud music to "hype" the fans..

Maybe Pruitt will pull another fake "turn that Sweet Home Alabama music OFF!" stunts..

There have been zero moments like this yet, was just feeling nostalgic and thought I'd share.

I don't really care how incompetent he was, these moments were awesome when they happened, and that is the point of this thread, not to bash Butch.

Yes. The better question is why weren’t you? Jones was a disaster for our program. The SEC East had a vacuum just looking to be filled. His failure has resulted in UGA filling that vacuum. Now Pruitt’s job is infinity more difficult.

You should have rejoiced when Butch was fired. Only now do we have a fighting chance to get back into the mix.

if you wanted to feel nostalgic, you should have posted videos of our national title season and when we were actually competitive..... Not Lyle.

I was excited about the future after he was fired, but we had yet another coaching search to go through and then yet another rebuilding process, so no, it wasn't like the moments I posted.

I was thinking of PRACTICE-RELATED cool things that happened DURING PRACTICE and these were what I could come up with because fall practice started yesterday.

Why are you all acting like I love Butch? Like him or not, he's part of our history, he's going to be in 5 years of moments. Like the Dobbnail boot.

Butch was all show, but had no results to back it up.

BTW, I thought the Butch dancing routine in the first video was stupid AF.

I'm not even going to state his name. THAT guy wasn't a coach he was a PR man with a whistle and a visor. You know what's ACTUALLY "fun"? Winning. My nephews P.E teacher would have been better qualified.

I don't think many of them think that you love THAT man,friend. I just think they just see how carefree and lackadaisical he was with our beloved football team and it hits a nerve.
