I've only gotten to see some highlights from the game and I was wondering if the Gamecock player who horse collared the Vol on that pick six got a call for it. You can really hurt somebody that way.

Didn't get called. Alonte's reaction afterward was priceless. He stood over the USC dude with a domination stance. This all occurred a few seconds after Alonte had pummeled another USC player on an upfield block for Tootoo.

Can't. Stop. Watching. That. Clip.

This play and the one where Taylor blew up a blocking WR at the LOS to make a tackle for loss on the end around are my two favorite plays from the game. Taylor is a special player.

Speaking of these penalties, did either JG or someone else get slapped in the head during the first series while looking down field for a pass?

I thought a shot to the head with anything including your hand was illegal.

I thought Brooks got facemasked on that botched punt snap, when he was running to throw the ball

I think I remember him taking an open handed slap to the face and wondered if we'd get lucky with a call but they let it go.

It is, and from the beginning, the Cocks were barking, jawing, and whining. Shi Smith had to be taken out of the game by Muschamp because he was a liability late in the game.
