From section M it looked wide right and didn’t look close. Seeing it from all the other angles showed it was good by a hair. Just our luck.

Regardless it should have never came down to a FG , Tennessee was kicking FGs because they could not score TDs. Turn 2 FGs into TDs and Tn wins by 14

It was good. The angle you're looking for is the camera beneath the goalposts, looking up. It was definitely just inside the upright.

I know how it is, though. It’s amazing how much we believe what we want to think that we saw.

This is one reason that eye-witless testimony is so shaky.

No evil intent (most times), just the way the human brain reacts.
