He is obviously still helping us with recruiting.
Hold on a second, ESPN loves SEC but hates Tennessee?

Mind blown...

Roll Tide commercial is helping us.

Once people think about Bama, they eventually think about the SEC. Guess who else is in the SEC.

Bear once said that Robert Neyland taught him everything he knew about football. Looks like he was an apt pupil.

Auburn could thank Bama tonight also. Bama was full at QB and RB so Cam and Dyer had to choose the next best thing.

Nice warped way of thinking. Kind of like going for pizza then stopping off at the Chinese restaurant instead.

You know what was really bad for the Vols?

Out of conference teams like Florida State, Nebraska, and Michigan being on top of the college football world and winning championships! You know, back in the 90's.

You mean the decade we won our last title? Yeah I hate when that happens.

Great thread. Perfect parody of the people who think all things good for the SEC is good for us.

FROM BEAR BRYANT'S BOOK

Bear personally set the record straight...

"Everyone thinks I'm the best damn coach in the country. But (Neyland) taught me everything I know."In seven attempts, Bear Bryant never defeated General Neyland."I never beat him," he said, "but I learned a lot from playing him."At General Neyland's retirement banquet, Bryant muttered "thank God the old guy finally quit."
