I don’t think I have ever wanted a recruit this bad! CJH has never had a true elite running back. I really want to see what he can do in this offense. Nice move letting A-K talk to him.
I was at the table next to them at Popeyes and Alvin said "TN is a good place. But, Bama was where I really wanted to be because of the money. But bc of not even going to class my first semester, even Bama couldn't falsify my grades. Then their Library burned on campus where I was gon study to catch up. It was bad, nothing left but ashes, wheels and axles. All my coloring books were gone, so had to go JUCO. Bama was full of other 5* RB employees, I mean recruits, so I had to sign w UT. Butch benched me behind Ms. Hurds boy, but I eventually became the guy when that snowflake melted. So, I guess what I say is to follow the $$$." ... It was something like that.

So, I'm not sure if he's the best guy or not? 🤷

Looks like thu Ohio State and UT are in the mix for this stud RB. Good move on coaches bringing in Alvin K to Ktown as he has been a BEAST in the NFL for years.

And if by chance I was in charge of recruiting..., here is what I would (probably) schedule today:

8am Breakfast at The Torch on Cumberland
9am Tour of campus and drive by all Women's Dormitories
10am Drive to Gatlinburg and go Tubing on the Little River
1:30pm Lunch at Sam & Andy's on the Strip
2:30pm Line up 10,000 fans on the Vol Walk for DGG
3:00pm Bring DGG to Neyland. Place a chair at the 50 yard line. Pump in fan noise that will make the rafters shake. Have John Ward's voice saying "And David Gabriel Georges is at the 5, the 4, the 3, the 2 - GIVE HIM 6!
4:00pm Light afternoon snacks and beverages served at Bruce Pearl's house
5:00pm Peyton picks up DGG at Gibbs Hall and heads to Regas Steak House
Joined there by Alvin Kamara, Eric Barry, Chad Clifton, Josh Dobbs, Jason Witton, Phil Fulmer, Jerod Mayo, relatives of Reggie White and myself
Dinner followed by cigars on back patio
9:00pm Attend Band Party at Lambda Chi Alpha house on Fraternity Park Drive. Featured band is "Otis Day and the Knights"
11:30pm Peyton and Alvin take him to Smokey Mtn. Market for a Chili Cheese dog and a Rooster
12:00pm Sign letter of intent to play at THEE University of Tennessee
12:10am Lights out. Dream over!!

Regas is closed. Otherwise, all perfectly believable ;)

Did they meet up in an elevator?

My tummy still yearns for a steak dinner at Regas.
When they were open, they were the only 5 star in East Tennessee. It served the highest quality of food with unmatched service. We celebrate my Mother's 90th birthday with about 30 people in attendance. The bar was almost as larger as the seating area for dinning. Bill Regas became a friend of mine. He opened a small chain of modest restaurants named after his son named Grady. However the chain only last a few years. I wish it was still open and available on Tennessee football Saturdays.

According to all the OSU mods this kid has already given them a silent verbal. They say we are desperate and wasting our time. Is there a more arrogant fan base than OSU? Maybe Michigan.
They said the same sh!te about David Sanders last year.
