I'm all for Gruden, but I wanted him to get college assistants. College is such a different game that I think he would need a DC and OC with experience. I'm a little disappointed by this.

Football is football bro...If you can coach in the NFL you can coach in college, The biggest hangup is learning to recruit and do it to where you don't get the school in trouble with the NCAA.
