Honestly Rex, what else would they use. Texas starts with a T just like Tenn.
The two T letters are, in font, very different.

It's like Alabammer saying that Arkansas is copying thier A.

They would use the interlocking UT symbol that they already stole from us or the longhorn symbol. Why do they need a third symbol? How many of our symbols do they need to steal before they're satisfied?

As someone said, Tenn doesn't have rights to the letter "T," but they do to the Power T logo. The interlocking UT thing has been discussed before - Tenn can use it east of Miss River & TX has rights to the west.

According to the professor, Tennessee took Texas to court because Texas had begun using the interlocking UT. During the course of that trial, Texas offered to pay off Tennessee for exclusive rights to the interlocking version. Tennessee obliged and has not used the interlocking UT since. I think if you look at anything Tennessee has put out in recent years, you will not see the interlocking UT.

I'm wearing a Tennessee hat right now with an interlocking U and T that a bought in August.
