If we don’t beat Tech in week 2 then putting the Texas game at noon makes good sense. It’s gonna be very tough to beat Texas with a young green QB and new defense and DC. That game could get ugly and quick i think Texas may win it all this year finally they have all the pieces in place and Arch is poised to have a really big season a Heisman season perhaps he finished last season playing really well. I would argue the Tech game is a bigger than the Texas game and If we lose to that game then it’s likely we have a losing season with the schedule ahead of us.

I live in Texas and I went to school at UTK. Texas heat and humidity is far more brutal than anything in TN.

I don’t like it for the ambiance but I love heup in day games… I think the morning practice schedule he has makes our team more ready to go than most other teams in early kickoffs if you look back in we tend to play better in the day games… I just wanna see us go out there n play fast and physical…
