This will be the sixth time Texas A&M has been on ESPN’s College GameDay, the fifth in College Station.
The other times GameDay came to Aggieland were Nov. 11, 2000: No. 1 Oklahoma 35, No. 24 Texas A&M 31; Nov. 4, 2006: No. 18 Oklahoma 17, No. 21 Texas A&M 16; Sept. 8, 2012: No. 24 Florida 20, Texas A&M 17; Sept. 14, 2013: No. 1 Alabama 49, No. 7 Texas A&M 42.
A&M’s first appearance was on the road, Sept. 23, 1995: No. 7 Colorado 29, No. 3 Texas A&M 21.

But they're not playing College GameDay. They're playing the Tennessee Vols.

Don't get me wrong, I think we can beat them.

I just don't believe in jinxes. Though I did throw that damn candle away.

Well, I guess the one thing that also says is that it should be a hell of a game...just hoping score is better than past 6. Look as an A&M fan I have seen this crap before. I've been waiting for the collapse honestly. I could say I wouldn't be shocked if we lose 4 games this year still. The ONLY thing that has me more optimistic is that our defense is playing really well right now which hasn't been the case in the past few years. Honestly I pull for Tennessee when they aren't playing A&M just because I used to really like watching Peyton Manning play and just kind of liked them from there. We don't play each other enough to build a hatred. I love the environment at Tennessee and hope to go to the game next year to experience Neyland. You guys suck this week then I will resume pulling for you next week against Alabama.
