4* Daniel McCullers
4* Maurice Couch
4* Ben Bradley
4* Marlon Walls
4* Corey Miller
4* Danny O'Brien
4* Toby Johnson
4* Jason Carr

3* Darrington Sentimore - Was a 4* top 250 player out of HS & had Alabama, LSU, Texas A&M, & Tennessee offers out of JUCO.
3* Trent Taylor - Was a 4* when he was committed to Miami, was dropped to a 3* after he committed to Tennessee.
3* Trevarris Saulsberry
3* Daniel Hood
3* Greg Clark

2* Alan Carson

I added Toby Johnson b/c I think we get him, would be shocked if we don't. We are also in the running for 4* Darius Latham.

That "could" be 11 4*'s along our DL.

Remember when we had to rely on ole 2* Montori Hughes to stay out of trouble? :eek:lol:

Will be beast this year. Can't wait to see them in Orange. It will be a Run Stopping and QB sacking combo. And a whole lot of this ------> :loco:

With Sal coaching them up.... YES PLEASE.

I honestly believe this is an 8-9 win year including a bowl game, and if we don't lose too many of our offensive weapons to the NFL, I think we can seriously compete for an SEC championship in 2013.

Just looking at that with the players we have for the 2012 season, if they can make the adjustment to the 3-4 even remotely smooth, we could have a VERY good D-Line this year.

Word out of the Bluff City is that Jason Carr may be waivering on his commit. Anyone else heard the same or if he is solid to the Vols?

There has been a couple of articles that he has said that he was like 60-70% or 80-90% committed, but he was still "committed". If that answers your question.

But he was just on campus for a visit, and some believe that it solidified things.

That's anywhere from 39.9 to 9.9% less committed than Santos was............................not looking good.

I think all we need to do to keep Carr (and other recruits) is to win games this year, which is reasonable.

On the other hand, I would not be shocked if Toby Johnson doesn't commit to UT. Lots of wishful thinking going on in his thread. Tennessee did lead for him as of April 1 and still may, and he has tons of connections to UT. His commitment is likely to happen, but he definitely has been giving other schools serious looks (UGA, A&M, Nebraska to name a few).

If McCullers comes in and has a very solid season and if Couch blows up(showed flashes last year)does anyone think either may turn pro? Or anyone else for that matter?

By the way he's recruited, I think DD is tired of getting the ball ran down his throat.. They're some big ol boys..

Thanks. Only thing that would help it look better is if u added weight/ht.

Same thing happened with Justin Meredith IIRC. He was a 4star when he was committed to UNC and shortly after switching to UT he was dropped to a 3star.

Damn. If only there was some way we could prevent players from losing their football skills the second they commit to us...

Its like buying a car and driving it off the lot, instantly depreciates in value.

Can someone give me a realistic DT depth chart?

I am thinking McCullers, Couch, Hood, in that order?

By the way how is Hood coming along? Anyone know?
