Following Dan and Eric this year, who will be the next 1st round pick for the Vols....whether it be in 2011 or beyond?

If I had to pick for next season... only possible choices are DE's Ben Martin and Chris Walker. *Sleeper* TE Luke Stocker

I'd say Bryce Brown if he works hard enough...My sleeper would have to be James Stone depending on how college his career turns out.

In all likely hood, we won't be having anyone go in the first round next year. But after that, i predict that Bryce Brown could be a first rounder in '11, Janzen Jackson in either '11 or '12, and i know it's wayyyyy too early to call this one, but Da'Rick Rogers has some serious potential to be an eventual first rounder.

stocker or one of the DEs like they said above will be the next. Bryce can be as well as da'rick they both have first round talent. And one more:

Aaron Douglas has the talent.

Daniel Lincoln will be taken in the first round of next years draft by the Oakland Raiders to replace a retiring Sabastain Janakowski.

James Stone? Are you kidding? The kid hasn't played a down in orange and you are already predicting him a 1st round draft pick? Get real, homer.

stocker has a good shot, walker is a longshot, douglas is a lock, brown i'm about 50/50, and Janzen I'm about 50/50.... I'd say those guys are our best shots over the next two years.

Stocker should make it in the first round. Bryce could and probally will be in his draft year. Da'rick should make in the first in his draft year.

I don't think that Walker is that long of a shot especially after he spends this year w/ Chuck Smith, may even see Ben Martin as a first rounder.

I am going Montori Hughes. Dude is a beast and defensive tackles are the most relished position in the NFL. You can never get enough good ones.

Bryce Brown is one of the most focused and hard working guys on the team... People always assume that just because he was a highly publicized recruit that he doesn't work hard... I'm pretty sure he has the work ethic to be a 1st rounder

Combine and pro day are going to be huge for chris imho. He HAS to show that he can turn and run because he is a little light in the pants to put his hand in the dirt.

Luke Stocker has a good shot at being a late first rounder next year. If Douglas comes out (knowing him, I think he might) next year, he might not go first round. With two more college seasons, I think he could definitely be a first rounder.

I hope you're right since everyone on here seems to think we have absolutely no depth at DT this season
