Whatevs! In 3 months, 90% of you will have forgotten this performance and will be predicting us to win the east and after narrowly losing to bama in the regular season, getting revenge and beating them in Atlanta!

I wouldnt say we struggled the first half. We actually dominated but failed to score. The 3rd qtr and the 1st half of the 4th qtr is when we (JG mostly) struggled.

Karma from the crazy LSU and NC loses years ago reversed to bring us an unlikely win? Maybe, we executed an onside kick as good as it can be and played like we wanted to win? I don't know, but we certainly executed some good plays at the right time.

Actually, we‘re losing just Callaway and Jennings aren’t we? Palmer, Keyton, Tillman, Hyatt, Brandon Johnson, Deangelo Gibbs, plus 3 upcoming quality TE’s in Lowe, Fant and Warren. Chandler and Gray in the backfield plus one of top Offensive lines in the SEC next year. I haven’t even mentioned Harrison Bailey and improvement by Brian Maurer, JT Shrout, etc. I don’t think we’re ready to beat UF, UGA and UA but I think we beat one of them next year.

Just not true. Real QB even with your Trask we would have thumped them. They would have lost their will to win. Should have lead by 20 plus at the half. Defense started out great and started to tire once we could get nothing going on offense along with the fact that we held them to nothing in the first half and the O did nothing to support them in the Red Zone.

LSU without Burrow will be beatable again next year as they break in a new QB. After that who knows. Bama needs to get their D together and if they do they will still be top 5 in the country. Fromm staying or going does not bother me. Our d will be good enough to hold them down better . The major factor is can our offense score on their D?

Not true. Bowl game eligibility should never be the barometer of football success. That should be the absolute basement outcome at a school with the history of TN. If you are content with bowl games , any bowl games as proof we are back and do not have your eye on the SEC Champ and the playoffs then the school needs to drop the football program and take up stamp collecting. Now at some schools you are correct but that should never be the anticipated goal at UT. I say all this hoping you intended blue font but like me do not know how to achieve it.
