It's been 17 years since we won the natty/SEC championship, Our QB that year was Tee Martin he wore #17, Butch Jones has lost 17 games while at Tennessee, his first year was team #117, we had 17 at halftime vs NW, OU, UGA, UF, Arkansas, SoCar, We return 17 starters, Our defense was ranked #17 in points allowed last year. We are now ranked #17, We has 17 unanswered points vs App State, Fulmer was our coach for 17 seasons, General Neyland once shutout 17 straight teams. There's 17 letters in "National Champions" and "Tennessee football". #17 in the Bible means "complete victory" or "overcoming the enemy"


Yes, this post isn't supposed to be taken literal, still weird to think about and pretty ironic we are now ranked #17. With all the negativity around rn I decided to post this

I went to Neel's Produce down on 17th street once with my dad long ago .... now I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Big Orange will win the natty this year.

Welp. I was all in until I realized the 17 returners jinxed us. Thursday makes sense. They had 17 returners also.

It took 17 days to turn B@B into a field. It was exactly 7:37pm upon completion. 7+3+7=17. PM is the initials of the greatest QB ever. The Bristol car crashed on the 17th lap, with 17 gallons. There is 17 checkers on the checkered flag.

Yeah, I dunno what I'm talking about, but I bet at least 1 person reading this was freaking out fur real
