Kinda left things up in the air so ...

The wife's main treatment regime is done and now she is on maintenance doses of immuno-therapy. Everything seems to be in the green arc and hopefully will continue that way. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all the kind expressions of support and prayers from all.

A huge THANK YOU to the folks at the UT Cancer Center - VFLs all!

Life is gradually returning to a semblance of normality.

Along that line:

SHAMELESS SELF-PROMOTION ALERT!!!

My friend Mike Cunha has a podcast interview with Rangers Nate Dotson and Tanner Wells up on his website giving a preview and background on the event.

All are invited and welcome!!

Getting ready for football. Got topics lined up and already working on them!

After Action Report from the 2025 Great War Expo!

What a tremendous event!

Kudos to Chief Ranger Nate Dotson, Ranger Tanner Wells and all the staff and volunteers who worked so hard to pull this off.

Also a shout out to @Renaissance Hillbilly who stopped by to chat. Enjoy your book!

Finally, I was privileged to take part in the panel discussion at the end of the day:

Plans are already underway for next year's Expo, watch these pages for updates.

Pleased to make your acquaintance, OMG! I've already finished the book, and enjoyed it immensely! I apologize for not making your panel to heckle you, but I had to leave to help my Dad. He's 81 but doesn't realize it sometimes...

On Memorial Day (Monday 5/26) yours truly will be participating in the "Reading of the Names" at the East Tennessee Veterans Memorial at the old World's Fair site. The readings begin at dawn and will last until 10:30 or so. There is no "readers schedule" so if you are there anyway, why not step up?

It is a moving and wonderful way to honor our neighbors who have given that "last full measure."

I encourage one and all to attend even if just for a little while.

If you are too far away to participate in Knoxville, find out what is going on locally and take time out to honor those heroes who never came home.

I've only had the opportunity to experience the reading of the names once...I will be attending again and I encourage anyone in the area around Memorial Day to do so as well.

@OneManGang i missed these updates aboit your wife as Ive been going through my own medical issues. Nothing like hers, but still a distraction. My thoughts and prayers continue to be with her, you, the family, and your entire support team.

@IndianaVol sorry to hear of your issues, hope things go well.

I joked to The Boss the other day that I have a doctor, but she has a "medical team!"
