they didn't look half bad..

or half good really,

but definitely not half bad!

I'm about out of excuse to tell myself when I start thinking we are over rated.

Man our OL has improved, but it's still so frustrating. So many plays with 4 guys executing their job well and one guy who almost completely fails to even touch their man. Robertson and Wiesman were the worst offenders here, but Coleman Thomas had one where he was just beat right around the edge on a 3rd down and Jones and Kendrick had one or two as well.

Our guys just seem to lose their balance pass blocking and overextending way too easily pass blocking. Run blocking they'll just completely blow their assignment occasionally.


Also, at 2:45, we had Byrd run the dumbest route I've ever seen trying to catch a defender off guard. He didn't buy it because he's not a high school player, of course, but the pass was thrown over his head anyway.
